The reservoir matters most
Caraway says water begins in glass before entering its stainless-steel internal path. It also offers a 50 oz maximum fill, a warming plate for up to 90 minutes, and a reusable steel filter in the box.
You favor its recipe modes
Ratio lists two batch recipes, a five-year warranty, and glass or thermal carafe choices. Its cold-water tank is Tritan plastic, while the company describes its path after heating as stainless steel, aluminum and glass.
The cup and the daily routine
